#9 finding feeds

Too overwhelming! I tired technorati and feedster. From what I saw I could not recommend a darn thing.

RSS Feeds

I registered with bloglines selecting daily show updates and food and cooking news feeds. I only registered because it was required. I will not view my bloglines. I do not have the time or the inclination to do so. If I want food information, I will read my magazines or to go food network web site. I gave up cooking when the girls went to college, but I love to read receipes! In my next life I will have a cook. As for the daily show updates, my Tivo records the show.

The Best and Wurst of Germany

For week 3 I thought I would share my thoughts on German technology. My husband was in a car accident last year on I95. His German car saved him from serious injury. He was side swiped damaging his entire passenger side and front suspension. He is sold on the safety of his car! My dishwasher went south last week and I replaced it with a German dishwasher. This dishwasher is so quiet that the manufacturer has a red light that shines on the floor to let you know the dishwasher is in use. My favorite deli in Ft. Lauderdale is Old Heidelberg. They make their own wurst, bread, schnitzels and their pretzels are yummy.

My daughter's junior year abroad fall semester was Berlin. She absoultley loved Berlin as well as the rest of Europe. She sent me a picture of her in front of the Brandenburg gate. (She does not want me to post that picture.)
